Welcome to Frontier Community Coalition
Our Coalition's Mission
To build partnerships to support healthy youth and families.

Our Coalition's Purpose
To provide a forum through which interested organizations, agencies and individuals can work in unison to support and promote a healthy community in the tri-counties through education, assessment, communication and evaluation by supporting prevention programs that will benefit the community.

Our Coalition's Vision
To create an environment where every person is supported by family, peers and the community and where every individual will receive all that he or she needs to become safe, healthy, substance free, educated and a contributing member of the community.

Frontier continues to strive to make a difference in Humboldt, Lander, and Pershing Counties. We invite you to join us in this important work.

"A small group of thoughtful people could change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that has."
                                                ~Margaret Mead
